If your membership was declined, please include a copy of the receipt showing that you paid US for either the full price or a portion of the price. If we were paid nothing then you get nothing. Every day we have dozens of issues where people paid someone for a membership but failed to pay us. Please take the time needed to provide all the information we request below, otherwise we will be unable to properly respond to your request and we may discard the email without replying to you.
